Immunity booster - recipe 1 Murungai keerai /drumstick leaves soup

Murungai keerai soup recipe:
Ingridents:
• 1 and 1/2 cups of drumstick leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon of jeera
• 1 tabelspoon of crushed garlic
• 6 small oninon finely chopped
• 1 small tomato roughly chopped
• 2 cups of water
• 1 teaspoon of oil
• salt to taste.
Method:
• heat oil in a sauce pan add in cumin seeds and let it sizzle.
• Add in garlic, ginger and saute for a min.
• Add in shallots and saute for 2 mins or so.
• Add in tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.
• Add in drumstick leaves and saute for 4 to 5 mins.
• Add in water and cook for 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
• Serve hot.
